OUR STORY

A few years back, Jerry Scarlato was working the front desk at a local gym while he was going through college. Like many college kids (and many adults for that matter), he didn't know what he wanted to do with himself at the time. He had trained his whole life through sports, so he had a passion for fitness.
 
Suddenly, members of the gym started asking him to train them. One after another they would come up after seeing what he was doing, asking questions and wanting to get the results these members were getting.
 
Over a few years the client base grew and grew and continued to get results. Finally, Scarlato Strength & Conditioning was formed. Initially Jerry thought that he would primarily work with athletes, which is where the strength & conditioning comes from.
 
There finally came a point where Scarlato Strength had out grown the gym it was in. Dealing with the other members and not having some of the necessary equipment that would help clients progress became an issue over time. That's when Jerry knew they had to move out.
 
After looking and looking, he found a nice space to set up the place where he would grow a facility that can help change people's lives. This is where Thrive Fitness came to be, striving to collect a group of people to be part of The Pack.
 
We like to call our "gym" The Den, because "gym" doesn't properly describe a place where a group comes together to work hard, sweat a lot and have fun!
 
As The Pack grows, we are all thankful that we have the opportunity to be a part of our members lives and can help develop healthy lifestyles for those that seek them out. Our members work hard, day-in and day-out, and themselves continue to grow and get better physically and mentally.
