What brought you to Thrive Fitness?

I lost 65 pounds in 2007 and kept it off until my husband got sick in 2011. After he passed in 2012, I had gained 30 pounds back. In November of 2013, I was ready to do something for myself so I stopped by and spoke to Jerry. He designed a workout to fit my personal needs.

What are your fitness goals?

My goal is to be healthy, learn how to eat healthy and stay healthy. I don't want a quick fix- I want to be able to live a good long life!

What's your favorite thing about working out at Thrive?

I love the people I work out with- they have become my friends. Mostly I like the way that Jerry personalizes my workout to benefit me, as well as instilling the confidence I need to keep me wanting to come back.

What's your favorite exercise you do at Thrive?

Boxing of course!

What's your least favorite exercise?

I would say the bike, yuck!

What's your favorite healthy food?

Protein pudding....yum!!

If you could be famous for one thing, what would it be?

I would love to be able to sing.

Which would you prefer to watch, sunrise or sunset?

Sunrise, I love seeing the start of a new day!

What football team do you root for?

My son plays football for CCHS, so the Campbell County Camels....and the Bengals of course!

Do you sing in the shower or the car?

Hell yeah!

What is one invention you couldn't live without?

My cell phone

Who would you want to play YOU in a movie about your life?

Sandra Bullock

If you could have one super power, what would it be?

To rid the world of all the negative, hateful people

If you could describe yourself as a flavor, what would it be?

Wild cherry and mocha, sassy and smooth

What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

Grab my protein shake
