Way to go, Elaine! Elaine has been doing 'long distance' trainging for about 9 months, which is a training program designed for individuals to come learn their routines once a month and then utililze that knowledge to complete their workouts at home. It's a great program for those that have a hectic schedule. Elaine recently started our Adult Performance Training program, which means we will be seeing her smiling face much more often, and we couldn't be happier about that!
