What brought you to Thrive Fitness?
I was working out at the gym on my own and wanted a more disciplined and instructional type of workout. I saw others in class and wanted to get involved.
What are your fitness goals? Where do you see yourself in 6 months?
To stay healthy with a weekly workout plan and continue to learn healthier eating habits. In 6 months I would like to have a more toned body and be more flexible with my workout.

What’s your favorite thing about working out at Thrive?
I like the personal training feel of the gym. Jerry is easy to talk to when I have questions or concerns about my workout.I also like the location. It’s close to home which makes it easier to stop on my way home from work.
What’s your favorite exercise you do with Jerry?
Probably the barbell lifts.It challenges me.I also like the chin-ups with the band.
What’s your least favorite exercise?
Probably the rope.
What’s your favorite healthy food?
Grilled Chicken and Brussel sprouts
What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
Laundry
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Play tennis
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Pay off my parents and siblings bills.
