What brought you to Thrive Fitness?
I had plateaued in my fitness goals so I needed to enhance my workouts.
What are your fitness goals? Where do you see yourself in 6 months?
Weightloss and an overall healthy lifestyle. I want to achieve the fitness and health goals I have set for myself.
What’s your favorite song to work out to?
I'm always rocking to Linkin Park's "One Step Closer"
What’s your favorite thing about working out at Thrive?
The personal attention I receive from the staff and the motivation they provide.
What’s your favorite exercise you do at Thrive?
I enjoy anything that involves working with weights. I'd have to say the kettle bell dead lifts would be my favorite.
What’s your least favorite exercise?
Push Ups
What’s your favorite healthy food?
Chicken Breast- I'm discovering many tasty ways to prepare it!

My family, they're so worth it.

A professional football player
